The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that workplace health programs take a coordinated, systematic, and comprehensive approach that includes strategic planning. Yet, many organizations lack formal plans for their employee wellbeing programs

Our Wellbeing Assessment & Strategic Plan service combines our research-based best practices framework with a multidisciplinary team of experts who help you develop a blueprint for employee wellbeing as a fundamental element of your organizational culture.

The assessment and strategic planning process takes approximately two months, including on-site visits from ROWI experts (as needed) who meet with your executive team and staff to gather data, assess your workplace, and conduct interviews that address each best practice area.

To gain insights into help you conduct a workforce wellbeing assessment, including employee surveys and focus groups, to gauge the level of whole person wellbeing in your workforce. You’ll work with the appropriate people to address each of the following:

  • Whole-person design
  • Population segmentation
  • Employee mental wellbeing assessments 
  • Employee financial stress assessments
  • Workplace culture assessments
  • Leadership readiness assessments
  • Clinical and non-clinical programs  
  • Funding sufficiency assessment

The Wellbeing Assessment & Strategic Plan provides a conceptual framework for what must be done to ensure your wellness program is designed around evidence-based best practices. It will contain key objectives (outcomes), metrics (measures of success), and bottom-line impacts for your organization. 

ROWI will help you quantify the value of implementing new strategies and provide coaching throughout your organization to enable wellness leaders to make a case to C Suites for resources to implement and manage your strategy. 

At the end of the process, we provide a full strategic plan with findings and specific recommendations for building a culture of well-being and developing focused programs most likely to deliver measurable and substantial returns.

Timeline: Approximately two months
