Workplace Wellness: Best Practices Initiative
A National Initiative & Research Study
Best practices play a critical role in optimizing workplace wellness programs. They help achieve better employee wellbeing outcomes and business returns, which are key to earning more executive leadership support and funding.
Yet, many wellness initiatives are not following best practices. This means many wellness investments never reach their full potential, maximize employee wellbeing outcomes, or earn robust C Suite support.
This is a mistake.
When employers do not follow best practices in workplace wellbeing, they risk losing employees who quit for more supportive jobs, spiraling healthcare costs due to unhealthy workforces, and not achieving other strategic business returns from evidence-based wellbeing initiatives.
Advocating for C Suite Leadership
Returns On Wellbeing Institute is launching a Workplace Wellness: Best Practices Initiative to help wellness programs foster better employee wellbeing outcomes and strategic business returns.
Our Goals
Foster better outcomes and returns from wellness programs
Arm wellness professionals with data to earn C Suite support
Uncover and share best practice case studies
Promote our Best Practices research to C Suite decision makers
Examine the importance of C Suite leadership for wellbeing initiatives
Prove that wellbeing best practices deliver better business returns
Workplace Wellness: Best Practices Initiative
The initiative will build on our report, Workplace Wellbeing: Best Practices Study 2022, that uncovered six best practices from award-winning wellness programs.
National Initiative and PR Campaign
This initiative will target decision-makers at companies looking to optimize their existing investments in wellness programming, including:
HR/Wellness professionals, CEOs and C Suites, Boards of Directors
We will promote this initiative via speaking events, media interviews, podcasts, webinars, and other opportunities that will arm wellness professionals with evidence, success stories, and strategies to convince C Suites to prioritize workplace wellbeing.
